SUMMER SUBLET - BEAUTIFUL PLACE~ I'm a UAlbany senior and I'm moving out of town right after graduation for a new job. That leaves my room in my beautiful apartment empty, as well as leaves my two great roommates without their third! The sublease is from May - August (room is actually available immediately). Rent is $317 a month, and a security deposit is needed at the beginning of the sublease. Sublease includes a private bedroom, shared large bathroom, kitchen, two large living areas, on and off street parking, lawn care and maitenance services.
